[PATCH 1/3] staging: rtl8192u: Remove unnecessary blank lines

This patch fixes the file r8192U_core.c to avoid the chechpatch.pl
warnings:

	CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
	CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary before a close brace '}'
