Oops. Missed that this makes the core driver dependant on spi support.
Two ways of fixing it. Either make it dependant and fuse the lot
or use some calls into the ad7606_spi file with suitable dummy
versions in the header.

I've dropped this and patch 4 for now until we have this sorted.
