[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: CleanUp to remove the error reported by checkpatch

Cleaned up the code to remove the error "(foo*)" should be "(foo *)"
reported by checkpatch from the file rtl8723bs/os_dep/ioctl_linux.c
