[PATCH 1/6] staging: comedi: usbdux: use preferred kernel types

As suggested by checkpatch.pl:

CHECK: Prefer kernel type 'u8' over 'uint8_t'
CHECK: Prefer kernel type 'u16' over 'uint16_t'
