This still has an off by one bug.  Just use zero offset arrays
throughout.

{
	int id;

	if (!handler)
		return -ENOBUFS;

	for (id = 0; id < NUM_CONCURRENT_IFC; id++) {
		if (wfidrv_list[id] == handler)
			return id;
	}

	return -ENOBUFS;
}
