[PATCH 2/5] staging: comedi: usbduxsigma: use prefered kernel types

As suggested by checkpatch.pl:

CHECK: Prefer kernel type 'u8' over 'uint8_t'
CHECK: Prefer kernel type 'u32' over 'uint32_t'
