[PATCH 39/91] staging: unisys: fix CamelCase names in struct irq_info

Fix CamelCase names in structure, and references to them:
sendInterruptHandle => send_irq_handle
recvInterruptHandle => recv_irq_handle
recvInterruptVector => recv_irq_vector
recvInterruptShared => recv_irq_shared
