[PATCH v2 1/5] staging: rtl8192u: remove commented-out code in r8192U.h

This patch removes commented-out code to improve code
readability.

Changes from v1:

1) It puts back a newline that it was, accidently,
   swept out in v1
2) The removal of the following comments:
   VI_PRIORITY, //0x05
   BEACON_PRIORITY, //0x0A
   UART_PRIORITY //0x0F
   is not done any more in this patch but in the
   patch 2/5 as these comments are not code.

The above changes affect patches 2, 3 and 4 but
not 5.
