[PATCH 09/53] staging: comedi: usbdux: remove NOISY_DUX_DEBUGBUG

[H Hartley Sweeten]

This define enables printing of the 'dux_commands' that is sent to
the usb device in send_dux_commands(). This type of development
debug should not be left in the final driver.
