[PATCH 0/3] staging: comedi: INSN_CONFIG_DIGITAL_TRIG changes

Only one Comedi driver currently uses the `INSN_CONFIG_DIGITAL_TRIG`
configuration instruction (for configuring digital triggers) and that
was only added very recently (not yet in mainline).  Its usage has not
been well defined so far, so now is a good time to define its usage and
hopefully make it flexible enough to be used by other drivers, possibly
requiring several consecutive `INSN_CONFIG_DIGITAL_TRIG` instructions to
fully define a digital trigger.
