[PATCH 00/10] staging: comedi: addi_apci_1710: separate from addi_common.c

This driver is a bit different from the other addi-data drivers. It uses a
private function to initialize the comedi subdevices.

Separate this driver from the "common" code in addi_common.c.

Remove some of the extra cruft that is unnecessary after the separation.
