That's pretty nasty, eh?  Good catch.  This has been deleted from
the latest kernel but we should probably fix it for older kernels.
It's a clear security problem.  I'll send a patch.

As to your question, you can find the maintianers using the
./scripts/get_maintainer.pl script.  We also have a place to report
security problems which is security at kernel.org.
