[PATCH 00/21] staging: comedi: das08 bug fixes and clean-ups

Some patches for the das08 and das08_cs modules.

Patches 01 and 02 are bug fixes for the das08jr-16-ao board.  Patches 03
onwards are clean-ups for the das08 module and to move the das08_cs
module's board list out of the das08 module.
