staging: Add Cypress TTSP G3 support

Why is this being sent to drivers/staging?
Why isn't it being merged to the "real" part of the kernel?

All drivers that go into drivers/staging/ need a TODO file that
describes who to send patches to, and what needs to be done to get it
moved to the correct portion of the kernel.  These patches don't have
that file so I can't accept it.
