Checkpatch cleanup for next-20100226

Hi Greg,
	here a few patches.
	They apply and compile fine only on next-20100226.
	The big one is the eleventh.
	I hope to not clash with others' work.
	Anyway, I can recheck/redo when Staging will be merged in Linus' tree.
