Note, for staging stuff, the code has to be self-contained, with no
patches needed outside of the drivers/staging/driver_name/ directory.

So if all of these changes are required for this driver, you either need
to get them upstream first, or, figure out how to isolate them.

So as-is, I can not take these patches, sorry.  Please work with the
proper subsystem maintainers to get them accepted.  If you need my help
with that task, please let me know and I will see what I can do.
